This course is the fastest way to qualify to take the exam which covers the role of property managers\, tenant relations\, fair housing\, lease agreements and more. You must attend all evening class sessions through Zoom (14 hours)\, and have online capacity to complete the self-study portion of this course (60 hours). The course meets all of the Oregon Real Estate Agency pre-license criteria and the instructor is an experienced property manager. Following successful completion of this course students must pay a separate fee to the State of Oregon and sit for the Property Manager Exam.
